CyberChakshu Technologies provides training programs, investigation workflow tools, Cyber Consultancy, and software solutions primarily designed for Law Enforcement Agencies and Legal Professionals. Our services include but are not limited to:

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for use by authorized personnel of Law Enforcement Agencies, Government bodies, Legal professionals, and authorized corporate entities. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Use our services only for lawful purposes
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Not share access with unauthorized individuals
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify our software

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through our services are the intellectual property of CyberChakshu Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended purpose only.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

CyberChakshu Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, particularly in cases of terms violation or misuse of services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
